Our offer

We build on 30 years of experience in hospitality, applied to workforce accommodation at scale. Lynra provides a full-service solution for establishing and operating reliable, comfortable living environments away from home

Accommodation services

We manage the full operational and digital lifecycle of accommodation. From room allocation and booking to access, follow-up and daily use, every step is designed to be clear, predictable and easy to manage at scale

Food services

We operate staff restaurants, mini-markets and catering solutions integrated into daily routines. Food services are designed to be reliable, accessible and supportive of everyday life on site

Cleaning & maintenance

We take full responsibility for cleaning and technical maintenance. Work is carried out according to defined standards and boundary lists, with continuous follow-up to ensure consistency and reliability over time.

Design

Design is used as an operational tool. Architecture, layout and flow are carefully considered to support rest, orientation and daily use. Every decision is intentional and grounded in how environments are actually lived in.

Security

Security is treated as a preventive system. We implement physical protection, access control and surveillance supported by clear protocols and continuous monitoring. The goal is a steady, reliable environment where safety is maintained without disruption

Land Sourcing & Acquisition

We identify, secure and develop land for residential and operational environments. In collaboration with partners and authorities, we manage the process from acquisition to completed facility with a clear, result-driven approach.

Stakeholder management

We act as the central point of coordination between clients, municipalities, landowners and suppliers. Complex stakeholder structures are aligned through clear roles, responsibilities and long-term governance.

Wellbeing & Daily Life

Wellbeing is approached as a functional requirement. Through physical spaces, movement opportunities and structured everyday routines, we support balance, recovery and long-term stability across the site
